Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM and marketing automation processes. - Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation and nurturing. - Utilize Apollo and other lead generation tools to identify and engage potential clients. - Must have expertise to build complex funnels and automation according to business needs - Analyze data to track performance and improve marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales efforts. - Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot and other marketing tools. Requirements: - Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation. - Proven experience in lead generation and marketing strategies. - Proficiency with Apollo and similar lead generation tools. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Must be available to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
