Looking for Business Development Manager (Upwork, Freelancer and LinkedIn) Bidder
Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of the Upwork platform to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities.
- Stay updated on Upwork policies, pricing structures, and best practices to optimize our presence on the platform.
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients on Upwork to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of Upwork projects, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial analysis reports.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Update and utilize used CRMs on a daily basis.
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data through required platforms.
- Make and give presentations, organizations introduction to prospective clients and internal executives
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Cold calling on a regular basis.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process along with business operations collaboration
