Salam! eCom players, I think we need to design any system for customer behaviors especially for the scam customers in Pakistan, For the last few years me and my team is discussing on these topics.
We already shortlist a large number of fake customers data with complete evidence they have 3 mediums (Doorstep rejection, Generate spam order with fake data, fake return request with the irrelevant product, and the last medium is those even didn't read the title of the product and always blame on sellers and share bad reviews)
What we wanna do?
-Compile data on a single platform and restricted these buyers for cash on delivery orders.
-Charge Penalties
-Create a Single 3PL management System
And after few years the platform will help us to improve our order confirmation process and we will automate it using data.
Question: why I shared this post?
answer: from last 2 months i am studying on these behaviors specifically yesterday we got a new case so I realize we need to fix it as soon as possible before the market will grow #marketing more.
