When someone hits your ghairat, you dont just become self-sufficient but also a service provider in the industry! Last month, LinkedIn removed Bhavish Agarwal's post as a CEO of Indian largest cab aggregator, Ola, on their platform without even talking to the company! The company took it seriously and they announced that they will be parting ways with Microsoft Azure and will develop their own cloud storage and they successfully did that, snatching all their revenue from Microsoft. Now, after moving away from Microsoft Azure, they have announced that they are parting ways with Google Maps as they have developed an in-house integrated system and now they no more need Google Maps. Pehlay zidd mei aa k Microsoft Azur se kaam khtm kia aur ussi ki wajah se ek integrated system banaya aur Google Maps bhi aaj chorh dia and they are going to save INR 100 crores annually with this step! "After Azure exit last month, we've now fully exited Google Maps. We used to spend ₹100 crore a year but we've made that 0 this month by moving completely to our in house Ola Maps," Aggarwal posted on X. Not just this, Ola ne Azure ko chorh k itna strong aur successful in-house cloud storage banaya hai that they are offering their services to other tech companies who want to get rid of Microsoft Azure. "Any other developer who wants to move out of Azure, we will offer a full year of free cloud usage. As long as you don't go back to Azure after that," Aggarwal had tweeted. From being a customer of Microsoft Azure to trying to become a competitor, Ola has done it!
